I have lots of self-awareness and notice what people are feeling, but not always able to explain it.  I am good at regulating negative emotions and allow myself to experience positive emotions when working under pressure.  As a highly motivated person, I will always try to seek out creative challenges for a positive response.
 
I have been told I have a unique skill in treating people according to their emotional reactions, and consider myself an expert in building and retaining talent and am very sensitive to others of different cultures.  I tend to experience emotion when I see someone else suffer, and as a result, tend to be quite altruistic.  I have the ability to find common ground and build rapport with others.  I am persuasive and effective in leading change and building and leading teams.  Therefore, I guess that is why I love networking. Meeting new people and making friends through selling products are very enjoyable. I am very trustworthy and treat my clients as I would a friend.

I have been married for 30 years. I am also known as a social butterfly, according to my husband. I love to help and nurture people whenever there is a need. I am also co-chair for the American Diabetes Association/St. Louis chapter for their fundraising events. I am heavily involved with the ADA because Diabetes was one of the illnesses that my son had before he passed. I gave up my professional world 25 years ago in the HealthCare profession to be a 24/7 care giver for my son. I still needed an income, therefore, that is how I got involved with my at home business selling the awesome products that sell themselves.  My favorite motto is:  “If you always give, you will always have.”
