Researching on Forbes I find that Kohl's is #1 one in fashion, for the third year in a row they have everything, 

quality, service and a hassle free return policy! 

Coming in at #2 spot is Nordstroms, however it did not score well on pricing as they carry higher end designer brands. Making a return is easy with a credit card or your receipt. So also no hassle.

Then in #3 is Macys, offers a huge selection of merchandise from specific designers. Scores well on pricing, offering frequent sales and promotions. Which is why they have paid off for them.

So there you have the top three retail stores. But we know that great styles can be found at Target, Penneys, TJ Max and Ross.
